Apple Valley detectives arrested alleged serial rapist Alberto Jesus Zugarazo-Rodriguez, 36, of Victorville, in connection with multiple reported sexual assault cases across the High Desert dating back to 2017. Investigators believe additional victims may exist and have released his booking photo.
